It has been the decision of DataDirect Technologies, not to renew the distributor agreement with Formula OpenSoft, as well as with some other European distributors as of April 1st, 2008. As a consequence we have removed all DataDirect related information from our website.
We regret that the name of our company will no longer be officially linked to the products that we have represented for so many years (it all started with AquiSoft) and that the teamwork with the high-qualified technical staffs in the years behind has come to an end.
Each of our customers will be contacted by us personally and will be informed of any possible consequences and implications as well as our strategy in protecting their current and future interests.
